Click the 'Checkout' link in the top navigation bar when you're ready to place your order.
All the items that you have in your shopping bag appear in your order during Checkout. If you do not want to order
all the items, simply edit your shopping bag first and click 'Update Changes'. When you click "Submit Order" we verify your
credit card. Your order will not be placed and your credit card will not be charged if you do not click "Order Now."
Methods of payment
We accept checks and money orders as well as the following credit cards:
· Visa
· MasterCard
· American Express
· Discover
If we are unable to process your credit card, please check to ensure you entered the correct card number
and expiration date, and that the billing name and address you entered match your credit card statement
exactly. Please refer to your credit card company if the problem persists.
We do not accept cash or credit vouchers.
Tax policy
We are required to collect sales or use tax on shipping and handling charges in Indianapolis.
Returns and Exchanges
Returns With an Original Sales Receipt:
Items may be returned for any other reason within 14 days after the invoice date for a merchandise exchange
or refund based on the original form of payment. Items may only be returned once per order. Paul Harris Online refunds the original purchase price of the order. Shipping and Handling charges are not refundable.
Returns without an original sales receipt:
Refunds are based on the current selling price.
Returning or Exchanging Items by Mail:
Follow these instructions to return any Paul Harris Online purchase by mail.
- To return a product bought from our online store, please contact saraevans@paulharris.com for a Return Merchandise Authorization Number.
- Place the RMA number on your package
- Please keep one copy of the invoice for your records.
- Circle the item(s) that you are returning or exchanging and on the bottom portion of the invoice note
the reason why.
- Indicate if you want us to credit the card used to place the order or if you'd like an exchange, let
us know what you want. We will pay the costs for shipping the exchange order.
- Circle the name and address where we should send the receipt or exchange.
- Pack and seal your return securely, in the original package if possible. Packages must be returned
prepaid -- we do not accept C.O.D. deliveries.
